Da Ku Kai (also known as the Da Ku Kai State or Da Ku Kai State Transformation; pronounced: DAH-koo-KAI and abbreviated from Daga Kuzarin Kai; translation: From Self-Energy) is a meditative state created by an unknown user but first seen used by the Fourth Ancestor and later by the Third Ancestor in the novelization, Energy Manual. The Da Ku Kai State allows the practitioner to slow then calm their heart, mind and spirit whilst pulling aṣhẹ into their bodies to transmute for usage in rituals.
