Water Orb (also known as the Water Orb Ritual) is a technique that allows the user to conjure rain and rainstorms. It is comprised mainly of Source ashe and it is implied that rain can be targeted at specific areas or people. The orb is not composed of actual water but earns its name from its purpose and color.
